2. Data we process
- Booking form (TuCalendi): name, email, phone number and scheduling preferences.
- Newsletter: email address and date/proof of consent.
- Contact by email or phone: the data you voluntarily provide.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Managing bookings and delivering lessons — performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending the newsletter — express consent via an unticked checkbox and email confirmation (double opt-in) (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time in every email or by writing to info@rafaelramo.com.
- Answering enquiries — legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures.
4. Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the relationship, until you withdraw your consent (newsletter), and for the applicable statutory limitation periods (tax and liability).
5. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except by legal obligation. Service providers acting as data processors: the TuCalendi booking platform, the web hosting provider and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), under contracts pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. For the purpose of website usage statistics we use Google Analytics; the data collected (browsing, device, approximate location) is processed in aggregate and anonymous form, solely to improve the site, and this processing is only activated if the user gives express consent through the cookie banner. This is the only transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, and it is carried out under the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google is a certified participant. For the remaining processors (TuCalendi, hosting), should any provider be located outside the EEA, they would rely on standard contractual clauses. See our Cookie policy for more detail.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@rafaelramo.com (attach an identity document). You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
8. Minors
The services are not addressed to children under 14. No data of minors is knowingly collected without the consent of the holders of parental authority.
